The HR Industrial Placement student will work closely with the business in dealing with HR related queries for our Global offices.
What you’ll be involved in:
- New Hire Process
- Management of offer pack documentation
- Setting up new hires on all relevant systems
- Ensuring UK new hires are enrolled to the appropriate benefit schemes
- Scanning new joiner right to work documentation and submission of background screenings
- Dealing with all HR related general queries and administration
- Responding to reference requests
- Implementing automation of HR processes on the HRIS system
- Updating contract and letter templates for all HR related documentation
- Supporting the team on various HR projects
- Supporting recruitment related administrative tasks
- Keeping HR System updated with all employee changes
- Completing HR reports as requested
- Attending HR workshops and seminars
