Recruitment Process
At Mako, we want to ensure you have the best possible experience. To support this, we have outlined what the recruitment process will look like, so you know what to expect at each stage:

- Successful candidates will then be invited to an assessment day. This will include a range of interactive activities spread across the day, giving you the opportunity to showcase your skills and meet the team.
- If you’re successful at the assessment day, we’ll invite you to a final-stage panel interview with our Senior Traders.
- Offers will be made to successful candidates once all final interviews have been completed.
