Position Overview
You’ll be part of a dynamic creative team working on diverse projects that span events, campaigns, social media, product launches, and more. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on our brand presence and marketing success.
What you will be doing
- Creating Outstanding Video Content
- Edit raw footage into engaging, visually cohesive videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Apply professional colour grading techniques to achieve visually striking results
- Enhance audio through mixing, noise reduction, and sound balancing
- Integrate music, dialogue, and sound effects to create dynamic soundscapes
- Create motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, transitions, and animated elements using Adobe After Effects
- Adapt content for multiple platforms including social media, websites, trade shows, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with designers to maintain visual consistency across all video assets
- Deliver event highlight reels and recaps within tight timeframes
- Produce high-quality videos aligned with marketing campaign schedules
- Create short-form content optimised for social platforms
- Edit product demonstrations and tutorials with clarity and brand consistency
- Manage editing schedules and organise video files for efficient workflow
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to deliver content that meets business goals
- Craft narratives that communicate key messages clearly and creatively
- Provide technical guidance and creative input to support team members
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Video Editor within a marketing or creative environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong knowledge of colour grading workflows and tools
- Competence in audio editing and mixing (Adobe Audition or equivalent)
- Understanding of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling techniques
- A strong portfolio showcasing editing, colour grading, and motion work
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve (Desirable)
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (Desirable)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills to manage feedback and implement revisions efficiently
- Creative mindset with the ability to suggest innovative editing techniques
- Experience working in a corporate marketing environment
