We are seeking a diligent and well-organised individual to join our Sales and Marketing department in the role of Sales and Marketing Administration Assistant. This is a varied and responsible position that sits at the heart of our commercial operation, providing essential reporting and administrative support to the sales team and management.

Position Overview
The successful candidate will be comfortable working with data and reporting systems, producing accurate sales reports and statistics on a daily and monthly basis, and managing the processing of Point-of-Sale orders. A methodical approach, strong attention to detail, and confidence with Microsoft Office—particularly Excel—are essential requirements for this role.
What you will be doing:
- Producing Daily and Monthly Sales Reports for the sales team and management.
- Generating Daily sales figures for the salesforce.
- Generating Customer Sales Reports for National Account Managers on a monthly basis, together with a range of further sales and product reports as required by management.
- Collating statistics and producing accurate, presentation-ready reports using Microsoft Excel and the BPCS mainframe system.
- Responding to ad hoc requests for product and customer sales information from managers and key stakeholders across the business.
- Processing all Point of Sale (POS) orders and resolving associated queries with the suppliers.
- Liaising with suppliers, export team and freight providers to obtain quotes and prepare export documentation for POS orders to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
- Managing inbound telephone enquiries from internal managers, external customers, and POS suppliers in a professional and efficient manner.
- Supporting the Administration and Events team with day-to-day coordination, including covering holidays and absences, as well as assisting with event preparation in the warehouse (including manual handling tasks).
What We’re Looking For:
Skills and Knowledge
- A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel— including the ability to build and maintain reports, work with formulas, and present data clearly.
- Experience collating statistics and producing management reports, ideally using a mainframe or ERP system.
- Familiarity with BPCS would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong ability to analyse numerical data accurately and present insights in a clear, user-friendly format, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Experience and knowledge of PowerPoint would be an advantage.
Experience
- Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or commercial administration environment is desirable.
- A proven track record of producing regular management reports or statistical summaries to a high standard of accuracy.
- Experience of order processing and handling customer or supplier enquiries would be an advantage.
