Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Milton Keynes.

Reporting to the Creative and Digital Manager and working closely with the Design Supervisor and wider creative team, this role focuses on the execution and delivery of high‑quality creative assets across both digital and print platforms.

The successful candidate will play an important role in bringing creative concepts to life, producing marketing collateral, packaging, event materials, digital assets and other branded communications. While creative thinking and new ideas are always welcomed, the primary focus of the role is the effective execution, adaptation and delivery of design work within established creative direction and brand guidelines.

This role would suit a designer who enjoys developing strong technical design skills, takes pride in producing polished creative work, and thrives within a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll support the delivery of creative projects across the business by:

  • Producing high-quality marketing materials including brochures, catalogues, advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, email assets and other campaign materials.
  • Creating artwork for packaging, product displays, point‑of‑sale materials, exhibitions, trade shows and internal communications.
  • Executing and adapting approved creative concepts across multiple channels and formats.
  • Contributing ideas and creative solutions during project development and team discussions.
  • Applying and maintaining established brand standards across all design outputs.
  • Preparing artwork for both print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Supporting campaign rollouts through asset creation, amends, versioning and production artwork.
  • Working closely with the Design Supervisor, creative team, marketing team and product teams to deliver projects on time and to brief.
  • Liaising with suppliers and production partners to ensure final output meets quality expectations.
  • Supporting wider creative projects where required, including photography, video, motion graphics and content creation.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a designer who combines creativity with strong technical design skills and a keen eye for detail.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Graphic Designer role, either agency‑side or in‑house.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • A solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, branding and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print environments.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
