Introduction
To provide service support to our Service Agents, Distribution, end users and internal departments, especially Customer Services and Sales force.
This support will involve telephone help, repair of machines, preparation of reports and warranty processing.

- What You’ll Do
- Provide telephone help for Technical/Product and Application Usage to internal staff, Sales force and all external sources.
- Repair all tools, electric cordless and petrol in a timely and accurate manner, diagnosing tool problems with minimal assistance.
- Meet company KPI targets for repairs.
- Provide written Technical Reports as and when required.
- Understand Makita’s warranty policy and tool safety procedures.
- Advise customers of repair, provide quotes, and maintain contact to prevent backlogs and ensure good customer care.
- Be trained in all aspects of Test Equipment.
- Assist in performing other assignments as required by the nature of the job and by Management.
- Be available to work a reasonable amount of overtime as required by the nature of business, with reasonable notice.
- Adhere to Health and Safety rules and responsibilities.
- Observe all safety precautions and fire procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
