What you’ll do: As our Business Development Manager, you’ll develop new business and take ownership of key enterprise accounts, building and maintaining relationships while driving revenue growth across the UK and EMEA. You’ll collaborate with our technical consultants, project managers, and wider services team to navigate complex sales cycles and deliver solutions that truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquiring new logos, managing and expanding enterprise accounts, becoming the trusted supplier of choice
  • Owning a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term growth and retention
  • Planning strategic sales activities to optimize your pipeline and hit revenue targets
  • Accurately forecasting business performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Developing and executing new business and account growth strategies, identifying new service opportunities
  • Leading strategic sales calls, leveraging internal expertise to drive deals forward
  • Preparing proposals, contracts, and RFP responses with precision and efficiency
  • Delivering account reviews and pipeline updates to senior leadership

Experience: 5+ years in enterprise sales with a strong focus on account management and new business development
