Overview

We have an opportunity available for a Full Time Support Worker Waking Nights to join the team at Swallow Lodge based in Lincolnshire, LN6 8UZ.

Salary: £12.00 hourly

Hours: 35 weekly

Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will work with adults living with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health, and other physical conditions on a person-centred basis. You will ensure that residents are involved in all decisions regarding their care and help encourage and develop new skills through a variety of activities.

Your duties will include administering medication, carrying out personal care tasks, conducting security checks, and performing domestic tasks. You will play a vital role in ensuring that your residents are safe, comfortable, and happy.

This is a rewarding role that requires energy, compassion, and a passion for helping others. You will work as part of a supportive team of professionals committed to making a difference in the lives of those they support.

Qualifications

No prior industry experience or specific qualifications are needed for this role. On joining Making Space, you will receive on-the-job training and have the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications as needed.
