We have an opportunity available for a Bank Support Worker to join the team at Lancashire Central Supported Housing based in Brookhouse Street, Preston, PR2 2DD and Lea Court, Ormskirk L39 1RS. What You’ll Do

As a Support Worker in Supported Living you’ll be supporting adults on a person-centred basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation. From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same. We’re looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients’ needs with a big smile that lights up our service users’ faces.

Qualifications & Experience

We are not too concerned about formal qualifications for this role; we’re more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues. Patience, a sense of humour, and a genuine joy in helping people are key qualities we’re looking for. Prior industry experience or specific qualifications are not required – we provide on-the-job training and opportunities for professional development.
