Please note, as part of this job role a sleep in will be required and the service has a 6 week rolling rota. Qualifications:

As Senior Support Worker you will supervise staff members and delegate responsibilities ensuring values based support is delivered to the highest standard so previous Support Worker experience is essential.

You will be supporting adults with mental health illnesses on a person centred basis. Tasks will include following a care plan, medication administering, accessing the community & domestic tasks such as support with shopping and daily living tasks.

On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
