Making Space is seeking a Community Navigator for Cambridgeshire Navigators Service. The role is predominantly home based with some local travel across East Cambs and Fenland, delivering information, guidance and signposting to adults to help them access services.

You will provide one-to-one support via in-person, telephone, and digital channels, helping clients explore options and improve independence. NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it is required.
