We have an opportunity available for a Recovery Worker to join the team at our Lancashire Supported Living Rehabilitation Service, Inspiring Minds based in Preston, PR1 7QE.
Salary: £13.12 per hour
Hours: 35 hours weekly
Contract: 12 months fixed term, until April 2027

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, person-centered, and recovery-focused care and support.
- Help individuals build resilience, coping strategies, and self-management skills.
- Empower individuals to take control of their mental health and well-being in the long term.
- Foster partnerships, signpost, and make referrals to ensure access to specialist, universal, and targeted support.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Mental Health care setting is essential for this position.
- Support with on-the-job training and opportunities for professional qualifications.
