We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our Lancashire Supported Living team at Malvern Court, BB9 9HZ and Kendal Street, BB9 7TW.

Salary: £12.60 per hour

Hours: 30 weekly

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting adults on a person-centered basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation.
  • Providing medication assistance, accessing the community, and performing domestic tasks.
  • Building relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues.

Patience and a sense of humour are key qualities we are looking for.

Qualifications:

You do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
