We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker Waking Nights Extra Care to join the team at Harpers Green based in Padgate, Warrington WA2 0YN.

Salary: £12.60 hourly

Weekly Hours: 27 weekly hours, 3 night shifts per week (22:00pm - 07:00am)

Responsibilities:

  • The role of a Waking Nights Support Worker is an incredibly rewarding one and involves supporting adults on a person-centered basis to live independently in their own apartments.
  • You will be working with vulnerable individuals who may require different levels of support, including prompting medication, check-ins, carrying out domestic tasks and lone working.
  • It will be your responsibility to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the tenants while ensuring that they are able to maintain their independence and make their own choices.
  • You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with tenants and their families.

Qualifications:

It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
