We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker – Waking Nights to join the team at Bluebell Lane, Knowsley, L36 7XY. Salary: £13.12 per hour. Hours: 24 weekly.
Responsibilities
- Providing person‑centred support to enable tenants to live independently in their own properties and move towards securing their own accommodation.
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment for those you support, ensuring that they feel valued and supported.
- Providing personalised support that meets the unique needs of everyone.
- Assisting with personal care, administering medication, conducting check‑in visits and assisting with domestic tasks.
- Empowering individuals to take control of their own lives and achieve their dreams of independent living.
- Tackling any challenges that may arise with determination and a can‑do attitude.

Qualifications
