We have an opportunity available for a Mobile Facilities/Maintenance Assistant to join our Property Services team, to support our services across the Merseyside and Cheshire area.
Salary: £27,650 per annum.
Weekly hours: 39.
Contract: 6 month fixed term.
Responsibilities
- This role involves carrying out caretaking and maintenance responsibilities across sites in Merseyside and Cheshire.
- Duties include decorating, general maintenance and repairs, and ensuring quality checks are completed.
- The role involves travel; a vehicle and uniform will be provided.
- An enhanced DBS check is required.
- Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence for at least one year and be 21 years of age or over.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience is essential.
- No prior industry experience or specific qualifications are required.
- On joining, step‑by‑step on‑job training will be provided, with opportunities to undertake professional qualifications if desired.
