Responsibilities
As a Support Worker in Supported Living you will support adults on a person‑centred basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation. From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, your days will be varied and no two days will be the same. You should be able to think on your feet and truly understand our clients' needs with a big smile that lights up our service users' faces.
