We have an opportunity available for a Mobile Facilities/Maintenance Assistant to join our Property Services team to support services across the Merseyside and Cheshire area.
Responsibilities:
- Support services and sites across Merseyside and Cheshire, carrying out caretaking and maintenance responsibilities.
- Carrying out decorating, general maintenance and repairs and ensuring quality checks are completed.
- Travel as required; vehicle and uniform will be provided.
- Provide an enhanced DBS check in line with the nature of our services.
- Maintain focused customer care and confidentiality when working in peoples' homes.
Qualifications:
- At least half are promoted internally.
- Travel schemes including cycle-to-work and car maintenance.
- Pension scheme β 3% employer contribution as a minimum.
- Paid sick leave.
