We have an opportunity available for a Part Time Support Worker to join the team at Mount Pleasant Supported Housing based in Congleton, Cheshire, CW12 3EX. The service provides one‑to‑one support to tenants living at the scheme including shopping, budgeting, housing management and socialisation for people with complex support needs.

Salary: £13.12 per hour | Hours: 16 weekly

Responsibilities

  • Support adults on a person‑centred basis to live independently and move towards independent accommodation.
  • Assist with medication, accessing community services and domestic tasks.
  • Provide companionship and help tenants maintain a full and happy life.

Qualifications

No prior industry experience or specific qualifications are required. We provide step‑by‑step on‑the‑job training and the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired.
