We have an opportunity available for a Senior Support Worker to join the team at Silver Street Respite Service based in Barnsley, S75 3NP.
Salary: £25,298 per annum
Hours: 35 weekly

Responsibilities
- Supervise and delegate tasks to a dedicated team of support workers.
- Ensure that values‑based support is delivered to the highest standards to the people we support.
- Support adults with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health and other physical conditions on a person‑centred basis.
- Follow care plans, administer medication and assist with daily living.
Qualifications
- Previous support worker experience is essential.
- Support adults with mental health illnesses on a person‑centred basis.
- Tasks will include following a care plan, medication administering, accessing the community & domestic tasks such as support with shopping and daily living tasks.
