We have an opportunity available for an Administrator to join the team at Cheshire East Carers Service based in Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 6GL.

Salary: £12.60 per hour

Hours: 30 hours weekly

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and provide a carer focused and efficient administrative support service for the service.
  • Undertake administrative duties in accordance with the needs of the company and according to agreed procedures.
  • Support the smooth running of Making Space's day-to-day operations.
  • Work with various systems related to employee management, including payroll, absence, sickness, and recruitment.
  • Handle general office tasks like answering phones and dealing with ad-hoc queries.
  • Assist rota management.

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in accordance with deadlines.
  • Previous administration experience and good IT skills, particularly knowledge of Office 365, are essential.
  • Experience of working within a health and social care setting would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • No prior industry experience or specific qualifications are required to be considered for this role.
  • On joining Making Space, you will receive on-the-job training and the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired.
