We have an opportunity available for a Part Time Support Worker to join the team at Mount Pleasant Supported Housing based in Congleton, Cheshire, CW12 3EX. The service provides support in the Congleton area to people with complex support needs and provides one to one support to tenants living at the scheme including shopping, budgeting, housing management and socialisation.

Salary: £13.12 per hour

Hours: 16 weekly

Responsibilities

  • Supporting adults on a person-centered basis to live independently.
  • Helping them move towards independent accommodation.
  • Assisting with medication, accessing the community, and domestic tasks.
  • Ensuring tenants are living a full and happy life.
