We have an opportunity available for a Bank Support Worker to join the team at Mount Pleasant Supported Housing based in Cheshire, CW12 3EX. The service provides support in the Congleton area to people with complex support needs and provides one-to-one support to tenants living at the scheme, including shopping, budgeting, housing management and socialisation.
Responsibilities
As a Support Worker in Supported Living you will be supporting adults on a person-centred basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation. Your duties will include medication assistance, accessing the community, domestic tasks and other varied activities that support clients’ daily living.
Salary and Hours
Salary: £13.12 per hour. Hours: Bank.
