Overview

We have an opportunity available for a Business Analyst to join our team. The role will be primarily home-based, with occasional visits to our Head Office in Warrington (Cheshire) or elsewhere for key team meetings if/as required.

Salary:Β£48,740 per annum
Hours: 39 per week

Contract: 6 month fixed term

Responsibilities

We have recently launched a Digital Transformation Programme that includes introducing, replacing and reconfiguring several systems used throughout the organisation. We are seeking a Business Analyst to work with colleagues across the organisation and with external suppliers to identify business needs, review processes and help shape effective digital solutions.

Key responsbilites include;

  • Identify and manage key stakeholders to gather, analyse, challenge and document business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews and process reviews to understand current ways of working.
  • Produce clear and accurate documentation, including business cases, process maps, user stories and impact assessments.
  • Plan and support testing, training and implementation activities.
  • Keep up to date with developments in business analysis and digital systems.

Qualifications

Experience of digital transformation, systems delivery and business process improvement will be essential, and experience in health and social care or a similar environment would be an advantage. To view the full person specification click here.
