We have an opportunity available for a Bank Support Worker with Personal Care to join the team at Rosemary Court based in Darlington, DL1 4UB. Salary: £13.12 per hour.

Responsibilities
- As a Support Worker (with personal care), you should hold our Making Space values in your heart.
- You must be able to connect with individuals on a deep level, providing them with customized care, and helping them achieve their individual goals.
- You will be assisting individuals with personal hygiene, grooming and dressing, empowering them to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
- A kind, understanding and flexible approach to your work is needed as you will also provide emotional support and encouragement to help these individuals build their confidence and self‑esteem.
- If you have strong empathy and are both adaptable with a proactive approach to life, you have the strong foundations to be a Support Worker (with personal care).
Qualifications
- It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role.
- On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on‑the‑job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
- Please note a full UK driving licence is required for this role.
