Bank Support Worker - Residential

We have an opportunity available for a Bank Support Worker to join the team at Hartley Place and Hollymere based in Ellesmere Port CH65 7DJ and CH65 2HH. Salary: £12.60 hourly.

Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to embody our core values of Kind Hearts, Tailor Making, Dreaming Big, Having Courage, and Being Ready. Your role will involve providing exceptional care and unwavering support to service users, particularly those with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviour that challenges.

You will provide personal care, administer medication and assist with domestic tasks. With your kind and compassionate heart, you will create an environment of warmth and care that will make service users feel seen and valued.

As a tailor‑made supporter, you will adjust your approach to each individual\’s unique needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of care possible. With courage in your heart, you will tackle any challenges that may arise with determination, knowing that your presence alone brings comfort to those who need it most.

Qualifications

You do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will receive step‑by‑step on‑the‑job training and the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role. We are seeking individuals who can showcase that their personal values align with ours.
