We have an opportunity available for Bank Support Workers to join the team at our extra care service Harpers Green, based in Padgate, Warrington WA2 0YN.
Hourly Rate: £12.60 per hour.

Responsibilities
Looking for a job where you can make a real difference in people\’s lives?
Look no further than working with us here at Making Space! As a Support Worker in Extra Care you\’ll be supporting adults on a person centred basis to live independently in their own apartments.
From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same. That\’s why we\’re looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients\’ needs with a big smile that lights up our service users\’ faces.
You will be assisting individuals with personal hygiene, grooming and dressing, empowering them to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. A kind understanding and flexible approach to your work is needed as you will also provide emotional support and encouragement to help these individuals build their confidence and self –esteem.
We\’re not too concerned about qualifications for this role; we\’re more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues. If you\’re the type of person who finds joy in the little moments of life and can ensure our tenants are living a full and happy life, then we want to hear from you!

It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
