We have an opportunity available for a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the team at Ashwood Court Supportive Pathways based in Lowton, WA3 2RB.

Salary: £22.66 per hour

Responsibilities

As an RMN nurse at Making Space, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our service users, while also supporting the development of the Care home. You will be expected to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for your patients, ensuring that their needs are met to the highest standard. As part of your role, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to monitor and evaluate the standards of care, contributing to the clinical governance processes. You will also be responsible for managing a team of dedicated professionals, documenting staff supervision, and ensuring that company policies, procedures, and processes are implemented. As a nurse, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other healthcare professionals both internally and externally, making a positive impact on the lives of your patients and their families.

Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified RMN with an active PIN and mental health experience in a similar setting who is able to encourage a values based culture and ensure high quality care and support. You’ll also need to provide values-led leadership to the team. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
