Making Space is seeking a Community Navigator to support adults in Cambridge City and East Cambridgeshire by connecting them with local services and offering information, guidance and signposting to help them explore options and maintain independent living.
The role is predominantly home based with some local travel. Salary is £14.94 per hour. The position is full-time and permanent with hybrid working (3 days remote). DBS checks and safeguarding training are part of the process.
