The predicted salary is between 24100 - 32100 Β£ per year.
We have an opportunity available for a FULL TIME Team Leader - Supported Living to join the team at The Academy based in Warrington, Cheshire WA1 2RU.
Salary: Β£29,101.80 per annum
Hours: 39 weekly
This position involves working various shifts and may include working some weekends, as well as bank holidays.

Responsibilities:
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for tailoring your approach to each client, ensuring their unique needs are met with care and consideration. We want someone who is dedicated to providing the best care possible and has in-depth knowledge and experience in supporting adults. A good sense of humour and enjoyment in injecting fun into work is also appreciated.
Qualifications:
You will need to have previous experience of supervising staff, be qualified to level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), and be qualified to level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent/willing to work towards). In-depth knowledge and experience of supporting adults would also be beneficial.
