We have an opportunity available for a FULL TIME Team Leader to join our team at our Community Supported Living service, The Haven based in Lincoln LN6 8AP.
Salary: £27,609.4 per annum
Weekly Hours: 37

Responsibilities:
- As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for tailoring your approach to each and every client, ensuring their unique needs are met with care and consideration.
- You should not be afraid to take risks and have the courage to try new things.
- You will need to work with others as part of a team, lending your support and encouragement to your colleagues whenever they need it.
- We are looking for someone who shares our values and attitudes, dedicated to providing the best care possible to the people we support.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in supporting adults is beneficial.
Qualifications:
- You will need to have previous experience of supervising staff.
- You will be qualified to level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent/willing to work towards).
- On joining Making Space, you will be supported step by step with on-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
