Responsibilities
Looking for a job where you can make a real difference in people's lives?
Look no further than working with us here at Making Space! As a Support Worker in Supported Living you'll be supporting adults on a person-centered basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation.
From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same. That's why we're looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients' needs with a big smile that lights up our service users' faces.
We're not too concerned about qualifications for this role; we're more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues. If you're the type of person who finds joy in the little moments of life and can ensure our tenants are living a full and happy life, then we want to hear from you!

It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
