We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker to join the team at Castlewood Court based in Stockport, Greater Manchester SK1 3PA.

Salary £12.60 per hour. Hours: 25 and 30 hour contracts available.

Responsibilities

Looking for a job where you can make a real difference in people\\\’s lives? As a Support Worker in Supported Living you\\\’ll be supporting adults on a person-centered basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation. From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same. You will need to think on your feet and truly understand our clients\\\’ needs with a big smile that lights up our service users\\\’ faces.

We are seeking individuals who can showcase that their personal values align with ours here at Making Space. We are not overly focused on formal qualifications; we are more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues.
