Support Worker β Supported Living
We have an opportunity available for a Supported Living Support Worker to join the team at Lincolnshire Community Supported Living β Bourne based in Lincolnshire, PE10 9HU.
Salary Β£12.60 per hour, 35 hours weekly.
Responsibilities
- Support adults on a person-centred basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation.
- Assist with medication, accessing the community, domestic tasks; varied day-to-day activities.
- Think on your feet, build relationships with service users and colleagues.
