We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker to join the team at Swallow Lodge based in Lincoln, LN6 8UZ.
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Hours: 35 hours weekly

Job Responsibilities
Provide exceptional care and unwavering support to service users, particularly those with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviour that challenges.
Provide personal care, administer medication and assist with domestic tasks.
Create an environment of warmth and care that makes service users feel seen and valued.
Adjust the approach to each individual\’s unique needs to ensure they receive the highest level of care possible.
Tackle any challenges that may arise with unwavering determination.
Qualifications and Training
No prior industry experience or specific qualifications are required. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on‑the‑job training and you will have the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
