We have opportunities available for PART TIME Support Workers (with Personal Care) to join the team at CQC Halton Supported Living based in Runcorn, Cheshire, WA7 1DF.

Salary: £13.12 per hour

Hours: Various contracts available from 16 hrs to 32 hrs a week.

As a Support Worker (with personal care), you should hold our Making Space values in your heart. You must be able to connect with individuals on a deep level, providing them with customised care, and helping them achieve their individual goals. You will assist individuals with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing, empowering them to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. A kind understanding and flexible approach to your work is needed as you will also provide emotional support and encouragement to help these individuals build their confidence and self-esteem.

It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space, you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role. We are seeking individuals who can showcase that their personal values align with ours here at Making Space.
