We have an opportunity available for a Service Manager to join the team at Beacon based in Stockport, SK1 3DL.

Responsibilities
- You will provide day to day leadership for Beacon services driving high-quality, accessible and sustainable counselling and therapeutic services.
- The role leads on contract performance, service delivery and business development to achieve measurable therapeutic outcomes, meet commissioner expectations and respond effectively to local mental health needs.
- You must have experience of leading a team in a relevant health and social care setting to plan, monitor and evaluate work to meet objectives.
Qualifications
- You must have Management NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or willingness to achieve within an agreed time-frame.
- Experience of working in a counselling or talking therapies service would be favourable.
- On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
