We have an opportunity available for a Service Manager to join the team at St. Helens Family Support based in St. Helens, WA10 2EQ.

Salary: £13,169.52 per annum

Hours: 14 hours weekly

Responsibilities:

  • As the Service Manager, you'll have overall accountability for ensuring the service runs smoothly and safely, while your dedicated team provides the highest standard of care to our service users.
  • You’ll provide leadership and management for the team, always on the lookout for opportunities to help them grow and develop their skills.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have a NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care (or the willingness to work towards it in an agreed time‑frame) and have previous experience of leading a team in a similar care setting.
  • Whilst skills are important, our main priority for any new colleague is to find people who share similar values and attitudes to our own.
  • On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on‑the‑job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
