Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, administer medication, and assist with domestic tasks for service users with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviour that challenges.
  • Create an environment of warmth and care, ensuring service users feel seen and valued.
  • Adjust your approach to each individual's unique needs, tailoring support to deliver the highest level of care.
  • Tackle challenges with determination and courage, bringing comfort to those who need it most.

Qualifications

  • Prior support worker experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to embody our core values and adapt to individual needs.
  • Willingness to undertake on-the-job training and pursue professional qualifications if desired.
