Overview


We have an opportunity available for a Service Manager to join the team at our Peterborough and Cambridgeshire Community Navigators Services.


This role will work across our Cambridge and Peterborough Community Navigator Services. The role will involve having oversight of the services, leading on contract compliance and managing a team of Community Navigators.


Salary: £32,923.80 per annum


Hours: 35 weekly

Responsibilities

Qualifications


Candidates must have a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or a willingness to work towards this, and have the experience of achieving specific targets and deadlines.


Whilst skills are important, our main priority for any new colleague is to find people who share similar values and attitudes to our own.
