We have an opportunity available for a Senior Support Worker to join the team at Kingshill Court based in Wigan, WN6 0AR.
Salary: £22,214 per annum, plus sleep-in shift allowance
Hours: 32 per week, with additional sleep-in shifts required, paid at an additional rate

Responsibilities include supervising and delegating tasks to a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring that values-based support is delivered to the highest standards. You will be supporting adults with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health and other physical conditions on a person-centred basis, from following care plans to administering medication and assisting with daily living.
Qualifications: Previous Support Worker experience is essential. Tasks will include following a care plan, medication administering, and accessing the community.
Additional benefits include travel schemes, colleague engagement hub with awards, pension scheme with a minimum 3% employer contribution, and paid sick leave.
