We have an opportunity available for a full time Registered Manager to join the team at Cedar House based in Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11 1QF. Cedar House provides respite care for people over 18 with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Salary: £44,054 per annum

Hours: 39 weekly

Contract: Fixed term contract until 31st March 2027

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the service and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Delivering exceptional care to our service users.
  • Coming up with new and creative ideas to improve our service.
  • Providing compassionate and high-quality care to service users.
  • Managing and supervising staff members.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with others.

Qualifications:

  • Level 5 Diploma in health & social care (or willingness to work towards it).
  • Previous experience of leading a team in a similar care setting.
  • Alignment of personal values with those of Making Space.
