We have an exciting opportunity available for a Regional Head of Operations to join Making Space.

Salary: £60,283 per annum

Hours: 39 per week

Location: Cover CQC services across Cheshire and Merseyside.

Responsibilities:

  • As Regional Head of Operations, you will have strategic and operational oversight of our CQC services within the North West.
  • Ensuring that all the services within the region are effectively managed and achieve or exceed contractual and organisational requirements, which are in line with Making Space’s vision, values and strategic plan.
  • You will lead, motivate and develop teams ensuring services are effectively managed and are achieving excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • A level 5 Diploma in Care Leadership & Management or equivalent is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have regional management experience of regulated care services.
  • You will be an excellent communicator, with a strong care focus and experienced in delivering quality outcomes as well as being an exemplary leader.
  • Access to your own transport is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel across the area of operation.
  • You will also have qualities to deliver our Making Space values and be able to encourage a values based culture across the organisation.
