We have an exciting opportunity available for a Regional Head of Operations to join Making Space.
Salary: £60,283 per annum
Hours: 39 per week
Location: Cover CQC services across Cheshire and Merseyside.

As Regional Head of Operations, you will oversee our CQC services within the North West, ensuring effective management and achievement of contractual and organisational goals aligned with Making Space’s vision and values. You will lead, motivate, and develop teams to deliver excellent customer service.
A Level 5 Diploma in Care Leadership & Management or equivalent is essential, along with regional management experience of regulated care services. You should be an excellent communicator, with a strong care focus and leadership skills. Access to your own transport is required for travel across the area.
