We have an opportunity available for a Recovery Worker to join the team at our Lancashire Supported Living Rehabilitation Service, Inspiring Minds based in Preston, PR1 7QE.
Salary: £12.60 per hour.
Hours: 35 hours weekly.
Contract: 12 months fixed term, until April 2027.

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, person-centred, and recovery-focused care and support.
- Help individuals build resilience, coping strategies, and self-management skills.
- Foster partnerships, signposting, and referrals to ensure access to specialist, universal, and targeted support for attendees of our service.
- Empower individuals to take control of their mental health and well-being in the long term.
- Work with colleagues to respond to needs and support recovery goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Mental Health care setting is essential for this position.
- On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
