We have an opportunity available for a Bank Support Worker to join the team at James House based in Northwich, Cheshire, CW9 7DE. Salary £12.60 per hour. Hours Bank.

Responsibilities

Support the adults in Supported Living on a person‑centered basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation. Duties include medication assistance, accessing the community, and domestic tasks. Your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients' needs with a big smile that lights up our service users' faces.

We are not too concerned about formal qualifications for this role; we value your personal values and relationship‑building skills. We look for patience, a sense of humour, and a genuine desire to help people live full and happy lives. You do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered. On joining Making Space you will receive step‑by‑step on‑the‑job training, with opportunities for professional qualifications if desired and required.
