We are looking for a Mobile Facilities / Maintenance Operative to support our Property Services team across the Lancashire area. This role involves caretaking, general maintenance, and repairs at residential sites. You will travel across the local area, work in people’s homes, and maintain confidentiality and customer care at all times.
Responsibilities
- Carry out decorating, general maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure quality checks and maintenance records are completed.
- Provide support and caretaking responsibilities across the Lancashire area.
- Travelling on a vehicle (vehicle and uniform provided).
- Maintain customer care and confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience is essential.
- Full UK driving licence held for at least one year.
- 21 years of age or over required.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
