We have an opportunity available for a Bank Cook to join the team at Beyer Lodge based in Manchester, M18 8DF.

Responsibilities:
- As a culinary maestro, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents' taste buds are delighted with every bite.
- You will organise and control the efficient production of quality freshly prepared food, all while meeting individual dietary requirements and staying within agreed budgets.
- You will review menus regularly with residents, ensuring their feedback is taken on board to create mouth-watering dishes.
- You will ensure cleanliness and hygiene, making sure everything is in line with legislation and organisation procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous busy kitchen experience and knowledge of Dysphagia Diets is essential for this role.
- You must have food and hygiene skills.
