Job Details

Title: Mobile Facilities/Maintenance Assistant

Location: Merseyside and Cheshire area

Salary: £27,650 per annum

Weekly Hours: 39

Contract: 6 month fixed term

Responsibilities

  • Support services and sites across the Merseyside and Cheshire area, including work in peoples' homes, maintaining focus on customer care and confidentiality.
  • Carry out a range of tasks including decorating, general maintenance and repairs, ensuring quality checks are completed.
  • Travel to sites; vehicle and uniform provided.
  • Undergo enhanced DBS check in line with service nature.
  • Successful applicants will be subject to employment checks, including DBS, references and safeguarding training.

Qualifications

  • Previous maintenance experience essential.
  • Full UK driving licence for at least one year and be 21 years of age or over.
  • No prior industry experience or specific qualifications required; on‑the‑job training provided.
