Title: Mobile Facilities/Maintenance Assistant
Location: Merseyside and Cheshire area
Salary: £27,650 per annum
Weekly Hours: 39
Contract: 6 month fixed term
Responsibilities
- Support services and sites across the Merseyside and Cheshire area, including work in peoples' homes, maintaining focus on customer care and confidentiality.
- Carry out a range of tasks including decorating, general maintenance and repairs, ensuring quality checks are completed.
- Travel to sites; vehicle and uniform provided.
- Undergo enhanced DBS check in line with service nature.
- Successful applicants will be subject to employment checks, including DBS, references and safeguarding training.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience essential.
- Full UK driving licence for at least one year and be 21 years of age or over.
- No prior industry experience or specific qualifications required; on‑the‑job training provided.
