Join to apply for the Team Leader – Community Supported Living role at Making Space Charity. We have an opportunity available for a FULL TIME Team Leader to join our team at our Community Supported Living service, The Haven based in Lincoln LN6 8AP. Salary £27,609.40 per annum. Weekly Hours: 37.

Responsibilities: As a Team Leader, you will tailor your approach to each client, ensuring their unique needs are met with care and consideration. You will supervise staff, work collaboratively as part of a team, support and encourage colleagues, and take risks by trying new approaches.

Qualifications: Previous experience supervising staff. Qualified to level 3 in Health and Social care (or equivalent). Qualified to level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent/willing to work towards). In‑depth knowledge and experience of supporting adults is beneficial.

Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays, subject to contract (pro‑rata for part‑time). Double time for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. We will invest in your development and provide qualifications in levels 2‑6 in Health and Social Care, Management, Admin, and other continuous professional development. Career progression – at least half of our senior posts are filled internally through promotion. Travel schemes including cycle‑to‑work, car maintenance and £0.45 per mile travel expenses. Colleague engagement hub with monthly and annual awards. Pension scheme: 3% employer contribution as a minimum. Paid sick leave.
